After taking the kids back to Big Rapids last night, hubby and I took an exit off the highway and drove Croton-Hardy dam. Such a beautiful area of W. Michigan. We ended up in Newaygo on 37 and stopped at Jimmy's Roadhouse for dinner. I had a veggie burrito...no cheese or sour cream. The beans and rice were vegan friendly, but the wet sauce had a chicken base, so I opted for dry w/ plenty of salsa on the side. Very yummy.
Road trip and roadhouse...a great evening!
