Yesterday I was a fiend in the kitchen. I washed up greens, made coleslaw, boiled corn on the cob, made hummus, steamed rice and collards, and tried my new ice cream maker. I made low-fat strawberry ice cream w/ tofu. Hubby liked it. I am eating a second bowl tonight:)
Tonight I received my soy milk maker in the mail. I am going to try my hand at tofu and rice milk. I just need to talk hubby into making me a tofu mold, LOL.
