Vegan Ice Cream Maker

I just received my Cuisinart ice cream maker in the mail.  I can't wait to make vegan ice cream and sorbet!  I bought the book Lick It by Cathe Olson.  I am still waiting for my Soy milk maker, in which I will be making almond or rice milk.
