I was very disappointed with Panera Bread in Grand Haven last night. They are always a good standby for a vegan. They were not serving my black bean soup, and the clerk, a vegetarian had difficulty helping me with something I could have. He even professed to be a vegan at one time???
I finally got a Mediterranean sandwich on rye w/o the feta. The sandwich came with feta and the apple was rotten in the inside. The worst of it was that I had bragged to my husband about how good it was. His sandwich was good and we did get a free pastry, because I have a card.
I think I will write to corporate, because any other Pandera Breads have been great. Especially when they have my favorite black bean soup:)
