Christy's Low Fat Hummus

Ok...this is my first attempt at making hummus.  I love it, but it is a bit costly to buy in the store on my frugal based budget.

1 can chick peas (I made my own, so I took 2c. container out of the freezer).
1 T. minced garlic
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. brown grainy mustard
Broth or water

Put all of the ingredients into a blender (I left my food processor at my daughter's).
Add 3 T. water or broth initially and keep adding until you achieve the consistency you desire.

I made the amount that I could buy at Aldi's for $3.00, for about $0.50.  Yummy and frugal.
