Freezing beans and rice

A normal Monday today.  Tonight I came home and packaged up the beans I made.  I soak beans (kidney and garbanzo this time) and cook them in my dual crock pot.  I save glass jars such as pickles and salsa.  I measure 2 cups of beans w/ liquid to cover.  This is a great cost saving measure.  Make sure to label your containers before freezing.  I also freeze 2 c. jars of rice for later use.  This makes a quick meal.
