Here's the list:
Ice cream maker - 1 1/2 qt. electric w/ gel canister (does not use rock salt and ice). I need this so that I can make my own vegan ice cream and use my new vegan cookbook, Lick It!!
Tortilla maker - I am very torn between a cheaper cast iron version, or one that cooks the tortilla. Also, 8" or 10"??? I would like one that would allow me to make my own pita bread. Still researching this one:)
Grain mill - hand grind or electric? The nutrimill and Wondermill look awesome, but at almost $250 bucks, I just don't know....but this is my wish list!
Soyabella Soy Milk maker - of course I will use it for almond milk and to prep for tofu.
AutoBakery-Zojirushi-2-lb-Home-Bread-Baker-BLACK Ok, I have a breadmaker, but this brand is awesome. Remember, this is MY wish list, LOL.Many of the items on my wish list have come from http://www.breadbeckers.com/store/pc/Autobakery-c11.htm They have great videos and how-to's on their website.
