My youngest and her fiance are home for a couple of weeks before Ferris starts up again. Yesterday we went yard saleing, but missed the farmers market due to a late start :( Oh well, the morning rain showers did little to get us motivated. We planned on going camping, but could not find an open campsite in the area.
That was a blessing in disguise.
I bought a new to me, vegan cook book. Vegan cooking for one. So far I am very impressed. Fewer leftovers, since I am the lone vegan, LOL. I also purchased Eat Vegan on $4 a day. I made the chocolate mousse yesterday, yum! Hubby liked it:)
