Hubby and I had a great time camping this weekend. The weather was beautiful and the company was fabulous. We went to the farmer's market in Fremont on Saturday and spent the rest of the day at yard sales. I have an obsession for books:) In the evening we talked, walked and read. The camp fires were awesome. I brought vegan food and did just fine.
Friday - vegan potato salad, baked beans and sausage
Saturday - toast and strawberries, hummus and chips, vegan burger, carrots and potato salad
Sunday - toast and strawberries, potato salad, hummus and chips, veggie burger
Why do weekends go so fast?
