Hubby and I went to Handsome Henry's tonight for supper. They made me a mushroom burger w/ lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles with fries. Very Yummy.
Tonight we went shopping for our camping weekend. Hubby said he would try some vegan brats :)
I bought:
hummus, chips, beer, vegan brats and burgers, oatmeal,strawberries, and baby carrots and some potatoes for vegan potato salad. I'll bring fresh green beans from my garden. I may mix up a batch of baked beans:)
Nice romantic weekend for hubby and me. He has been working so much lately. Time to get out of Dodge.
