Station Grill

Just looking at the menu, a vegan might be a bit discouraged. I ended up ordering a plain bun w/ tomato, onions, and lettuce. Our waitress talked to Sue, another waitress, who also works in the kitchen.  She came over and offered to dry saute onions and mushrooms for my " burger". The meal was absolutely wonderful.

Just another example of making sure that you ask for what you want.  Most restaurants are happy to comply.
