Ok, so we all know that being vegan is a healthy lifestyle, right? ....or wrong. It is amazing, the more I read and research, the less I seem to know. Should I be eating raw? Should I use oil? Should I include whole grains? It is amazing the differences of opinions out there.
The truth is that we all need to do the best we can. I have been using oils sparingly, if at all, and limiting the processed foods, along with adding as many fruits and vegetables as possible. No one is perfect. Keep trying to do the best you can as often as possible, and for heaven sake, LIVE!
