Garden Veggie Stir Fry

This is a very versatile recipe.  You can use any vegetables that you have available.  Tonight's stir fry included this:

2c. boiled red skinned potatoes sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1c. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 yellow summer squash, sliced

Put all the vegetables into a wok or large frying pan with 1/4 c. water, 2T. Tamari, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir fry until the veggies are cooked to your liking.  Enjoy!
