Wonderful Wednesday - Henessey's in Muskegon

I had a funny experience at Henessey's restaurant in Muskegon.  I asked if they had a veggie burger.  Of course the waitress said that they did not.  Come to find out, they had mushrooms marinated in beer and olive oil, voila...vegan burger.  I asked her for the mushrooms on a bun with lettuce, tomatoes and onion.  This was a delicious "veggie" burger and not on the menu.  Yeah me, and yeah Henessey's!
